6 Feet Apart

Whenever possible employees need to maintain a safe distance from other employees, external vendors and contractors, and customers while operating in and moving through the facility. Where possible physical barriers, signage and physical reminders are installed to prevent respiratory droplets from reaching others. Verbal signals as to one’s whereabouts and intentions are encouraged. Only one person at a time is allowed in areas where a physical distance of at least 6ft. is not possible (hallways, hop cooler, etc.).

No High Fives

No physical contact (hugs, handshakes, high fives, fist bumps, etc.) will be permitted. Any accidental contact must be resolved through hand washing of all contacted persons.

Sneeze and cough into a tissue or into the elbow. Discard tissues after single use and wash hands thoroughly with soap and hot water immediately afterwards.

Customer Traffic

Customers, external vendors and contractors should be given clear guidance on how to maintain safe distance from others. Where possible we have customers and staff move through the facility in one direction coming in, going to the bathroom or leaving. Signage or possibly a floor grid (6ft. squares) illustrate safe distances and indicate traffic flow. When possible stay to the right of indicated directional signs. Traffic flow based on services such as onsite consumption, takeout or curbside pickup should be separated when possible. Indicators signal whether the bathrooms are occupied to avoid close traffic in the congested area in front of the bathrooms. Group selfies, lingering in congested areas must be discouraged and their effect mitigated by present floor managers.

Clearly marked waiting spots designate areas for curbside pickup, takeout and lines for onsite consumption. The entrance and exits must stay clear of any gathering. Signage is placed outside and at the entrance to the taproom to inform our customers of the best ways to move through the public spaces to maintain safe physical distance from others.

Floor maps are made available that clearly indicate traffic patterns, different sections of the facility and bottlenecks that require additional attention.
